Below is a bibliography-in-progress of stuff I’ve written and will
admit to. Excluded are oral presentations at conferences, on the basis that if
they’re any good I tend to retrofit them for publication in writing, and if they’re
not I’d like them buried in soft peat. Some pieces are available online and so
are underlined as links. Also underlined are books I’ve contributed to; the
